In my for a media design/desktop publishing course, I created this very flashy newsletter for an on-campus dancing club, called ‘The Dancing Times.’  For this assignment, I gathered information about the dance club like, how to become a member and create an interpretive choreographed dance. I also listed various classes available for inspiring dancers.  The hardest part was deciding what to put on the newsletter, and where to place the stories so everything would line up on the page, in order to create an intriguing effect, that is not disorderly, or too confusing.  Using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, I crafted a fun and informative newsletter complete with its own headline banner.  Overall, I learned a lot from this exercise, including the fact that printing can be the biggest challenge of all time!
