Spring is finally here and what wealth of blooms is has brought.  Love going to visit Smolak Farms in North Andover right before the PYO season to catch all the fresh blooms, and stuff down a few glazed/sugar/cinnamon sugar donuts (flavor preference depends upon my mood).  I try to stay clear, but most of the time I end up there, right in front of the peacock cages gazing at their vivid colors, they just can’t help but flaunt it. Rightfully so.
