Did a little celebrating yesterday for National Beer Day!  Hopped over to my favorite craft brewery on the Northshore of Massachusetts, called Ipswich Brewery, located in the quaint town of Ipswich.  What a great casual brewery with even better food; I would reccomend the Pot Roast Poutine, I get it everytime I am there. 

You don’t even have to formally sit at a table, they have a huge bar area with a ton of stools and they offer brewery tours in the afternoon.  However, what I really enjoy about this brewery, is that if you go on a weekday, you can actually sit at a booth, eat, and see the brewery in full production through the glass windows that surround the restaurant and look out over the assembly lines.  

If that isn’t enough to be excited about, they have live performances on the weekends so you can drink and be entertained, what could be better than that!  

Seriously, a great brewery and eatery to check out the next time you decide to take a trip to the Northshore, which I highly reccomend — it is a beauty out here.
